Open, but conditionalCondition: The lane belongs to a FARM WINERY, and that status requires AT LEAST 50% OF THE RAW MATERIALS in the finished product to be grown or produced in South Dakota, and NO imported wine to be used at all - facts about the ingredients, sworn to under oath at licensing, which no order carries. A plain wine manufacturer under 35-16-5 reaches wholesalers only.

A plain distiller under 35-13-22 reaches wholesalers only.
