All Sales Are Final
Under Illinois law, alcoholic beverages cannot be returned to a licensed retailer once the order has been fulfilled and shipped. All sales made through Bottl.Service are final. This applies to both opened and unopened bottles.
Exceptions — We'll Make It Right
We stand behind every order. If any of the following apply, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos:
- Bottle arrived damaged or broken
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product was defective or spoiled
Eligible claims will receive a full refund or replacement at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Failed & Refused Deliveries
Illinois law requires an adult signature (21+) at the time of delivery. If no one is available to sign, UPS will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to our fulfillment center. Refused or undeliverable orders may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order total, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled any time before the next billing cycle through your account settings. Cancellations do not apply retroactively to the current billing period and no refund will be issued for an already-processed subscription order. A 30-day cooldown applies before resubscribing after cancellation.
