1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the DISTRYB platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. DISTRYB is operated by Resilient Spirits LLC.

2. Use of the Platform

DISTRYB provides a beverage distribution marketplace connecting manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable state and federal beverage alcohol regulations. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable liquor laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at accounts@distryb.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Licensing Requirements

All organizations using DISTRYB for wholesale distribution or retail purchase must hold valid state liquor licenses. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you hold all required licenses and will maintain them throughout your use of the service. DISTRYB reserves the right to suspend accounts that cannot verify valid licensing.

5. Transactions and Payments

All payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these terms. DISTRYB is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and sellers. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform to: sell alcohol to minors; circumvent three-tier compliance requirements; misrepresent your licensing status; engage in fraudulent transactions; upload false or misleading product information; or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

7. Intellectual Property

The DISTRYB platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Resilient Spirits LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

DISTRYB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resilient Spirits LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
