This includes: name, email address, business name, liquor license numbers, shipping addresses, and payment information (processed securely via Stripe). We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and transaction history.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: operate and improve the DISTRYB platform; process transactions and send related information; verify liquor licensing; send transactional emails and platform updates; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations including beverage alcohol reporting requirements.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with third parties only as necessary to operate the platform: Stripe for payment processing; Firebase/Google for data storage and authentication; shipping carriers for order fulfillment; and state alcohol control boards as required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard security measures. We use encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at accounts@distryb.com. Note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal compliance purposes, including alcohol transaction records.

Children's Privacy

DISTRYB is a platform for licensed alcohol industry professionals and is not intended for anyone under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
