Event emails: who hears what, and when

Events send a small number of emails, each at a fixed moment. None of them are marketing: each one tells someone something they need for that night. Emails come from no-reply@distryb.com.

To creators and affiliates

Creators are not emailed per sale -- every sale credited to them is on their Commissions page as it happens. Their payout arrives every Wednesday; see How creators are paid.

What is never sent

No email is sent for an abandoned checkout, and nobody is emailed twice for the same moment, however many times the system checks.
