PLUG is the AI assistant built into DISTRYB. Look for the floating PLUG button in the corner of your dashboard.
What PLUG can do
- Answer how-to questions from these docs, and link you straight to the right page.
- Read your account — ask "Is my QuickBooks connected?", "What orders need my attention?", or "Am I registered to sell in New York?" and PLUG answers from your real data.
How to use it
Click the PLUG button (or a starter question) and type naturally. PLUG streams its answer and points you to the relevant screen or doc.

PLUG grounds its answers in DISTRYB's documentation and your own account — it won't invent features, prices, or numbers.
