Buying inventory (purchase orders)
DISTRYB isn't just for selling — you buy your inventory here too, with purchase orders (POs) to your suppliers.
Create a purchase order
Open Procurement and start a new PO: pick the supplier, add products and quantities, and send it. The PO tracks status as the supplier confirms, ships, and you receive it.
Receiving
When stock arrives, mark the PO received — this adds the goods to your on-hand inventory and records the cost, so your margins and taxes stay accurate.
Note
Buy-side orders are checked against your state's three-tier rules and your license before they're created — you can only buy through legal channels.
