Where you can sell
Alcohol sales are governed state by state, so DISTRYB only lets you sell where you're licensed and where the transaction is legal — it enforces this for you at checkout.
Important
There is no cross-state consumer shipping for spirits, anywhere. Spirits reach customers only by pickup or local delivery within your own state.
The rules in short
- Spirits reach consumers by pickup or local delivery within your own state — there is no cross-state consumer shipping for spirits. (Non-alcoholic products can ship normally.)
- Wholesale follows the three-tier system: who may sell to whom depends on your state's law and your license.
- Every product must be registered for sale in a state before it can be sold there.
Registering your products
Under Registrations, mark which states each product is registered to sell in. At checkout, DISTRYB blocks any sale into a state where the product isn't registered — keeping you compliant automatically.
Which states are open
DISTRYB is live in a growing set of states. If yours isn't available yet, you'll see a note at signup. When we add a state, licensed businesses there can onboard and go live.
