Set up your store & go live for pickup

If you're a licensed retailer or producer, DISTRYB gives you your own storefront — customers in your state find your store, order your products, and pick them up (or get local delivery). You're the licensed seller of record; DISTRYB is the platform.

Spirits reach the customer by pickup or local delivery within your own state — not by cross-state shipping. Non-alcoholic products can ship normally.

Tip
Work through the checklist in order — each step unlocks the next, and your store only goes live once they're all done.

The go-live checklist

Your dashboard shows a "Finish setting up" card that walks you through each step. In order:

1. Set up your store page

Open Store in your dashboard. Set your store link (a short web address such as distryb.com/store/your-shop), add your business name, hours, and a photo, and choose your fulfillment options — pickup, local delivery, or both (plus a delivery radius if you deliver).

2. Connect payments

Under Payments, connect Stripe so customers can pay you and you get paid out — it takes a few minutes, or you can link an existing Stripe account. Then turn on Stripe Tax so orders are taxed correctly for your location.

3. List your products

Add the products you sell to your store and set their retail prices. Only listed, in-stock products appear to shoppers.

4. Register your products for your state

Every product must be registered for sale in your state before it can be sold there. Set this under Registrations — it's the compliance gate that keeps you selling only where you're licensed.

5. Publish & go live

Once payments, sales tax, at least one listed product, and your store link are set, switch your store to published. You're now live for pickup — customers can find you and order.

After you're live

  • New orders land in your Order Queue — accept them, prepare them, and mark them ready for pickup or out for delivery.
  • Payments settle to your connected Stripe account, minus the platform fee.
  • Delivery rules vary by state (who may deliver, permits, hours). DISTRYB enforces the compliance gates, but confirm your own delivery permit and staff training before you turn delivery on.
