Roles
Each teammate has a role that scopes their access, for example:
- Owner / Manager — full access.
- Rep — sales and orders.
- Bookkeeper — invoices, payments, and accounting.
- Warehouse — inventory and fulfillment.
- Broker — a commission-earning B2B rep.
Assign the role that matches what someone should see and do. You can change it anytime.
